Phase 1: Booking and Preparation

They’ll answer any immediate questions and let you know what to expect next. Within 1-2 business days, your USPS-compliant shipping kit is dispatched to your address. This kit includes everything you need: the compliant container, protective packaging, step-by-step instructions, pre-paid shipping label, and your coordinator’s direct contact information. Phase 2: Shipping Your Loved One

The Shipping Kit Arrives at Your Door

Inside is a USPS BOX-CRE compliant container designed specifically for cremated remains, protective inner packaging materials, and a pre-paid Priority Mail Express label. You can schedule a USPS pickup directly from your home or drop the package at any USPS location. The moment USPS scans your package, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and text. Your coordinator monitors this tracking and reaches out as soon as your loved one arrives in Puerto Rico. After the ceremony, our team spends 2-3 days professionally editing all footage and images. Once editing is complete, your secure, password-protected memorial page goes live on our website. This page includes your photo gallery, video (for Tier 2 and 3 packages), GPS coordinates certificate showing exactly where the ceremony took place, and ceremony details. You can share the page link and password with family members near and far, giving everyone access to this beautiful tribute. All files are downloadable, so you own copies forever.
